"I Don't Know But I Believe"

There are things that are meant to be -
and things that aren't supposed to happen...
but whatever it is i believe that it will be -
if it needs to be - for God will make it so, i'm sure...
i don't know how i know but i do know -
that some things are meant to be...

So i'll just go on hoping and believing -
that one day all will be well...
and i'll go on changing the things that i can -
and accept the things that i can't change...
for better or for worse -
i don't know but i believe God will make it so...

And i believe, for better or for worse -
in my own heart, if not my better judgement...
